A white brick North Texas home with black solar panels across the front and side roof

How it works

Four steps, and you know the price before we start

The same process whether it's a panel cleaning, a full critter guard installation, or an attic fan. No surprises added at the end, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

  • Locally owned Collin County, TX
  • Free written estimates No-pressure, no obligation
  • Solar maintenance only We service systems — we do not sell them
  • 5-star reviewed Verified Google reviews

Inspect

We get eyes on the actual roof before quoting anything.

  • Walk the perimeter of the array and look for entry points, nesting, and droppings
  • Assess glass condition — how much film, what kind, how bonded
  • Check roof access, pitch, and storey count so the estimate reflects real conditions
  • Look at existing attic intake and exhaust venting if ventilation is on the table
  • Photograph anything worth showing you, including things you cannot see from the ground

Recommend

You get a written estimate and an honest read on urgency.

  • A written figure for the work, itemised — not a verbal ballpark
  • What we would do, in what order, and roughly how long it takes
  • What can wait, and what genuinely should not
  • If nothing needs doing yet, that is what the estimate says
  • No expiring discounts, no financing pitch, no second visit from a closer

Install or service

We do the agreed work on the agreed day.

  • Confirm arrival window ahead of the visit
  • Protect the roof surface and work without standing on the modules
  • Cleanings use on-site deionized water, soft brushes, and no chemicals
  • Critter guards are clipped to module frames — no drilling into panels, no roof penetrations
  • Attic fans are mounted, flashed, and sealed like any other roof penetration
  • Clear the debris we generate before we leave

Review

We tell you what we found and what to watch for.

  • Walk through the before and after photos with you
  • Flag anything we noticed that is outside our trade — wiring, flashing, shingle damage
  • Give you a realistic interval before the next visit is worth booking
  • Leave you knowing what a problem looks like early, so you can call before it grows

Scope

What we don't do — and who to call instead

Knowing where a contractor stops is as useful as knowing what they offer. Here is our line, plainly.

  • We do not install solar systems

No panels, no inverters, no system design. That means we have no incentive to talk you into hardware — we only benefit if what is already on your roof keeps working.

  • We do not do electrical work

If we find chewed cable, a damaged connector, or anything else electrical under your array, we photograph it and tell you. Repairing it belongs to a licensed electrician or your original installer.

  • We do not do roofing

We will point out lifted shingles or failing flashing if we see them from up there, but replacing them is a roofer’s job, not ours.

  • We do not do pest removal

We clear nesting material out from under an array and close the perimeter. Live animal trapping and relocation is a licensed wildlife control activity — separate trade, separate rules.

Safety

Working on your roof

Rooftop work carries real risk, which is most of the reason homeowners hire it out rather than doing it themselves. We take the obvious precautions: we assess ladder placement and roof condition before going up, we avoid walking on modules, and we schedule cleanings for cooler parts of the day so we are not putting cold water on hot glass.

We are deliberately not publishing specific safety certifications or compliance standards on this page. Those are claims that should be backed by documentation, and we would rather show you the paperwork than the buzzword. Ask us on the estimate visit and we will tell you exactly what we carry.

Not sure what your roof needs?

Book a solar protection inspection. We'll look at the array, tell you what we see, and put a written estimate in your hands — no pressure, no obligation.
