Already have a pest problem?
Something has moved in under the array. Cleaning it out helps for a season, then it comes back — because the way in is still open. We clear what's under there and then close the perimeter so it stays closed.
Signs you'll recognise
- Scratching, scuffling, or chirping overhead — loudest at dawn
- Droppings, straw, or nesting material on the roof or in the gutters
- Debris that reappears within weeks of every cleanup
- Birds repeatedly landing at the same spot on the array edge
Exposed or chewed wiring is possible where rodents have been active. We'll photograph anything we find and tell you if it needs a licensed electrician — that part isn't our trade.
Prevent one before it starts.
Nothing living up there yet? That's the cheapest time to handle it. A new or existing array with an open perimeter is an invitation — closing it now avoids the cleanup, the repeat visits, and the wiring risk entirely.

Four steps, no surprises
The same process whether you're booking a cleaning or a full critter guard installation.
Inspect
We get on the roof and look at what is actually happening — array perimeter, nesting activity, glass condition, attic venting. Photos included.
Recommend
You get a written estimate that says what we would do and what it costs. If you do not need the work yet, we will tell you that instead.
Install or service
We do the work on the agreed date, protect the roof and the modules while we are up there, and clean up after ourselves.
Review
We walk you through what we found and what we did, and tell you what to watch for so you know when to call us again.
Solar panel cleaning
North Texas puts a film on your glass that rain won't take off
Blackland prairie dust, spring pollen, cedar season, and live oak resin combine into a layer that bonds to the panel surface. A garden hose moves it around. Rain leaves mineral spots as it dries.

If the upstairs never cools down, start with the attic
A North Texas attic with nowhere to vent traps heat all afternoon and radiates it down through the ceiling. A solar attic fan exhausts that air using sunlight — no addition to your household electric load.

Do you install solar panel systems?
No. We are a solar maintenance and protection company — cleaning, critter guards, and attic ventilation. We do not sell or install PV systems, which means we have nothing to upsell you into. If you need an installer, we are happy to point you toward one.
What areas do you serve?
Allen, McKinney, Plano, Lucas, Parker, and the rest of Collin County, Texas. If you are just outside that footprint, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We look at the roof, tell you what we would do and what it costs in writing, and then leave you alone to think about it. If the honest answer is that you do not need the work yet, that is what you will hear.
Do I need to be home for the work?
For the estimate it helps, because you can point out what you have been seeing and hearing. For the work itself, usually not — as long as we have roof access and somewhere to draw water for a cleaning.
