How we price
We are not going to put a fake configurator on this page that spits out a number we then revise on arrival. Critter guard and attic ventilation jobs vary too much between roofs for that to be honest. What we will do is come look, quote it in writing, and hold that number.

Questions about pricing
How much does a critter guard cost?
It depends on the perimeter length of your array, how accessible the roof is, and whether existing nesting needs to be cleared out first. That is why we quote after looking at the roof rather than publishing a flat price. The estimate is free and written.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We look at the roof, tell you what we would do and what it costs in writing, and then leave you alone to think about it. If the honest answer is that you do not need the work yet, that is what you will hear.
Do I need to be home for the work?
For the estimate it helps, because you can point out what you have been seeing and hearing. For the work itself, usually not — as long as we have roof access and somewhere to draw water for a cleaning.
How much does solar panel cleaning cost?
Most residential cleanings land between $175 and $350. The variables are panel count, how many stories the home is, and roof pitch — a steep two-story roof takes longer and needs more setup than a single-story with easy access.
